It’s a bright and sunny morning in Rotherham as small groups of EDL begin to arrive in the South Yorkshire town.
Lots of the town centre is closed or intends to close early, which will no doubt hit the already struggling small businesses in the town.
There is already a heavy police presence, with the UAF organised counter demonstration a fair distance away from the EDL.
The first group of EDL are currently in The County Pub, already drunk from their journey, they start to sing offensive songs outside in the beer garden.
One eye witness says there are approximately 200 EDL in the town at present, but we will get a better idea of the numbers later on.
