The word from Texas

This blog is getting everywhere. Just had this in from someone in Texas:
"Lines at polling stations here in mainly rural San Patricio county are minimal. Early voting was very popular here. I've driven past several this morning in the vain attempt to locate Rush Limbaugh and/or Sean Hannity.
In neighboring Nueces County, where Corpus Christi (300k pop) lies, several friends report longer lines mid morning but nothing > than 2 more hours. Lines have eased during the lunch period, but are expected to increase to moderate levels after general working hours.
Nueces County is heavily Hispanic and should be friendly for Obama, although Texas Democratic supporters have our eager eyes and high expectations looking much farther east towards VA, NC, PA, OH and FL.
The election won't be won or lost in South Texas, or even Texas as a whole, but there is tremendous excitement from voters all ready for change, determined to be part of a defining historical moment in the nation’s history, and refusing to be restricted by an archaic voting infrastructure."
