Black Country BNP fire blanks

The Black Country BNP is making a lot of its campaigning in Wednesbury, Sandwell, but when it came to filling in the nomination papers for a pending council by-election the local BNP branch simply couldn't get their act together to return the forms in on time.
Perhaps it was because of this incompetence that the local branch is making such a big deal of its subsequent activity.
