EDL leader arrested - update

I've been asked to prove that an EDL leader has been arrested by a 'Mr Smith'. For legal reasons I'm not sure I can say the man's name but there is reference to the arrest on the BBC website. He was arrested allegedly in possession of racist material and cocaine
