Are NATO on the streets

It seems that the police are gearing up for trouble as they have been donning 'Nato-style' helmets.
The coverage from the media is not helpful. I mentioned Sky saying that the trouble was between England fans and the UAF, now the BBC are in on the act by simply describing it as a rally against 'Radical Islam'.
