Running late?

The BBC seem to be showing more EDL arriving, at least ten minutes after the police announced that the protest was finishing. My real concern is what happens after the official protests and counter-protests.
I can't believe that the EDL will disperse and leave the city centre. Most appear to be from the North West.
An EDL vigil is taking place.
I've just had a report that the bulk of the EDL appear to be in Piccadilly Gardens while the UAF protesters are beginning to disperse.

The police need to be informed and must not disperse themselves, or else a riot could start with the late arriving violent hooligans hellbent upon violence. The EDL need to be marched back to their buses and trains and told to go home, but many will not, and aim to conduct violent attacks after the sun goes down. Hope nobody is going for a night out in Manchester tonite! Failure for the police to manage the EDl neo-Nazis will result in public outrage. People don't pay the rates for the police to fail to protect the public from hardcore football hooligans. I bet the latecomers are not being stopped and searched for weapons. If not, why not???
