it's a complete waste of money and police time. Why do we have to put up with these people in our city causing disruption and trouble when most of them don't even live here. Make the edl (they don't deserve capital letters) pay for the policing. Why should ordinary tax paying citizens be told to stay away from THEIR city because of these idiots.
