The filming is over and I've just got a report from inside. It will take me some time to go through my notes but a couple of key points:
1. Griffin has accused journalist Dominic Carman of making up the quotes that appeared in the Daily Mail today.
2. first question: Is it fair that the BNP hijacked Churchill? Jack Straw says that we only won WW1 and WW2 because of involvement of millions of black and Asian soldiers.
2. Griffin claims that Churchill would have been in the BNP. Baroness Warsi quotes Mark Collett saying that Churchill led us into pointless wars.

The images of (some) UAF members outside the BBC today will be a propaganda gift for the BNP. The BNP's views make my stomach clench up. Their views are parasitically-awful. Yet I believe in democracy. They have as much right to voice their opinions and practice their opinions at the ballot box as you or I. To deny them this right is not only against democracy but plays into their hands. Put them under scrutiny and you find that they are in fact the fascists we fought a war to defeat.
