The end of a bad week for the BNP

2010 has started badly for the BNP. At the beginning of the week The Times reported that the BNP faced prosecution for misleading accounts submitted to the Electoral Commission. Then in the middle of the week the BNP accounts were leaked online. And today, in the Sunday Times, we read that Griffin could be imprisoned and the party heavily fined if, as seems likely, it fails to change its whites-only membership rules by the end of the month.

No wonder Griffin is spending so much time in his new Brussels flat!
