Three men appeared before a judge today accused of racially aggravated harassment following an undercover TV documentary on the British National Party.
Steve Barkham, 24, of Eccleshill, Bradford, Keith Webster, 30, of Idle Road, Bradford, and Richard O'Grady, 23, of Howgate, Bradford, all appeared at Leeds Crown Court.
They were all charged following a police investigation into the Secret Agent documentary, shown on BBC1.
Today's hearing was their first appearance at Crown Court after the case was committed from Leeds Magistrates' Court.
No pleas were entered during the 20-minute hearing and the Recorder of Leeds, Judge Norman Jones, adjourned the case until May 11.
All three men, who sat in the dock wearing dark suits, were given unconditional bail.
