Kaiser Chiefs have taken action against the BNP after they used one of their songs on a promotional video.

The party apparently used the track 'I Predict A Riot' for a an online promo which appeared on YouTube.

The video has now been taken down after complaints from the band but the BNP are denying that the song ever appeared on it.

A spokesman for the BNP told the BBC: "This isn't the type of music our party would ever want to be associated with, like rap music we think it's wrong to play this stuff, what's wrong with Beethoven?" Erm…he was German!

A spokesman for Kaisers Chiefs said that the band were upset by the song being used and stressed that they did not want fans to think they were associated with the BNP's views.
